Ricky was very friendly and patient helping find a specific BFG I was looking for. Tires were in the next day and I was able to work comfortably in the waiting room (desk + wifi) while the work was being completed. 5 stars!

I’m honestly generally pretty positive with reviews. I had a couple of bad experiences in a row at Hay since it has been under new ownership. I reached out to address them directly and although I was disappointed, Nicole did reach out to me and apologize and offer to make it right. That means a lot to know they admit mistakes and make them right. I’m hopeful things will be better in the future.
